Evelyn is on a mission to create “true deliciousness”.
This means bringing the joy of dessert to pure, incredible, and whole ingredients. It also means paying attention to every last detail to tap into dessert’s best superpower: creating a bite so delicious it melts the world away.
That’s why, after 19 years of baking, she partnered with her brother to build a commercial kitchen in his luxury auto salon. A bit unconventional, but the perfect opportunity to create a family-owned and operated business that truly cares about what it puts out into the world.
