Double Chocolate Chunk with Maldon Salt
An ode to 'The Little Things' that make a classic cookie the best you can have. You’ll taste bold Belgian dark chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate chips, creamy butter, premium Madagascar vanilla, and a bit of crunchy sea salt.
Cardamom Honey Oat Crumble
Gooey, soft with crispy edges, single-source cardamom, organic CT-farmed honey, and true cinnamon. Topped with a crunchy cardamom oat crumble for extra flavor and texture. You'll taste warm honey, zesty cinnamon, bold sweet cardamom, and crunchy oats.
Brown Butter Toffee Chocolate Chip
Dubbed 'The Main Event,' this cookie is thick, buttery, crispy, and features a made-from-scratch toffee layer on the bottom as well as crunchy toffee bits on top. You'll taste toasty caramel, bold Ghirardelli dark chocolate, and nutty brown butter.
Dark Chocolate Toasted Hazelnut
'The Black Tie' is a luxe, deliciously dark chocolate cookie, swirled with made-from-scratch, organic hazelnut butter. It's then coated in semi-sweet chocolate and organic toasted hazelnuts. You'll taste intense cacao layered with plenty of fresh hazelnuts. Think Nutella, but more luxurious.
Carrot Cake Pineapple Jam
Complex, soft, full of warm spices, CT-farmed carrots, walnuts, raisins, oats, and a gooey, organic brown sugar pineapple jam center. You'll taste delicious, sweet carrot cake in cookie form.

Evelyn is on a mission to create “true deliciousness”.
This means bringing the joy of dessert to pure, incredible, and whole ingredients. It also means paying attention to every last detail to tap into dessert’s best superpower: creating a bite so delicious it melts the world away.
That’s why, after 19 years of baking, she partnered with her brother to build a commercial kitchen in his luxury auto salon. A bit unconventional, but the perfect opportunity to create a family-owned and operated business that truly cares about what it puts out into the world.
